They have remained steadfast in their commitment to accomplish our goal – to enhance our community by bringing quality and value into tropical modern living.

In 2022 one of our luxury residential projects in the area earned top honors for Central America from BUILD Magazine, USA.

We have recently undertaken significant measures to enhance our architecture and new home design sector of operations. Our concerted efforts have resulted in streamlined processes and an expanded team, bolstering our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes.
By incorporating advance 3D technology into our engineering and architectural platforms, we have optimized building construction timelines and presented our clients with a broader array of options.
Low Waste Construction
Remaining steadfast in our commitment to our Mission Statement, which centers on providing the finest eco-friendly building processes and materials, we have made substantial investments in retrofitting our construction specialists and adopting new building systems. These advancements are guaranteed to not only reduce overall costs but also slash construction waste materials by an impressive 90%.
Stringent International Standards
We work with the best cutting edge Architectural firms in Costa Rica – VOID and C+J Architects. We are also working in collaboration with an India based Design firm – Pale Blue Dot Goa, to foster fresh ideas and global influences. To ensure the structural integrity of our creations, we have engaged local engineering partners, ensuring that any home built by our company in Costa Rica adheres to stringent international standards.
Expansion of Offices
Looking ahead to January 2024, we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our operations and offices in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to encompass Lake Arenal and Nuevo Arenal, further cementing our presence and ability to serve our valued clientele.
