Modern Modular Steel Frame Home

Constructed using a modular system and a solid steel frame, this 2-bed, 2-bathroom home was built with sustainability at the forefront. The thoughtful selection of materials includes Dekra roof shingles, closed-cell foam insulation, and fiber cement skins. This ensures minimal energy requirements for powering and cooling the home, while also eliminating material waste during construction.

Materials and Finishes

As you enter, you are greeted by the warmth of cream-colored Porcelanato floors, doors made of local laurel wood, and an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room and extends to the yard. The kitchen showcases meticulous attention to detail with new marble countertops, custom solid wood cabinets, and high-quality appliances. The spacious living room and dining room flank the kitchen, offering expansive views of the property. Step out into the backyard, where a covered patio area awaits, complete with a hanging chair and a custom bench and table crafted from local Guanacaste wood. This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Additionally, there is a separate bungalow adjacent to the patio, ideal for accommodating visiting guests.
