Casa Adam
Casa Adam is a reinforced concrete construction project on a hillside, commissioned by a former client who had previously entrusted us with a complete condo remodel in Playa Tamarindo. The challenge we faced in this project was the hillside location, which lacked solid earth and had a significant gradient.
Reinforced concrete construction
To address this, our team of engineers designed heavy reinforced concrete footers that extended one floor level deep underground. These footers were essential in supporting the weight of three additional poured reinforced concrete floors, as well as a partially cantilevered infinity pool and deck.
As a result, Casa Adam stands as the most solidly constructed home on the entire hillside to date.
Ocean view
The client’s investment and commitment allowed us to build two additional floors that reached a height sufficient to provide unobstructed views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The second level of the home is dedicated to entertainment and relaxation, featuring a custom-built infinity edge pool, both indoor and outdoor kitchens crafted from solid wood, a spacious indoor living and lounging area and a large unobstructed sunset party deck.

In terms of practicality, the property offers an oversized garage with electric cantilever private main gate and large folding automatic garage doors. It also boasts a private pedestrian/visitors entrance with separate electric gate entry, ensuring convenience and security. Furthermore, there is ample space available for future additions, allowing for potential expansion and customization of the property.
